Thanks to the Healthy Box platform, developed by Freedom & Flow, Bàsquet Girona has carried out The Wellbeing Score assessment, which consists of offering each worker a digital wellbeing coaching experience that helps them learn the most suitable habits for their lifestyle.

At the end of the experience, the assessment automatically provides them with their own digital passport of healthy habits with action plans that are easy to incorporate into their daily lives.
