LAIA PALAU TELLS US WHAT HER DAY TO DAY IS LIKE AS A SPORTS DIRECTOR

Laia Palau opens the doors to us about what her routine is like as sports director of the women’s project of the Girona Basketball base.

She tells us about the experience of combining work at the Base, with being sports director of the Uni Girona first team, being part of the technical team of the Spanish national team and having a job of communication within the club through talks to different entities.

She tells us how her adaptation process was after retiring from professional basketball as a player, and how two minority sports, which are table tennis and boxing, have helped her to be able to continue enjoying physical activity.
