  • What is the order delivery time?

  • Can I cancel or modify the order / shipment once it has been placed?

    Yes, in less than 24 hours by sending an email to botiga@basquetgirona.com and in a period longer than 24 hours you will have to wait to receive the order and make a return.

  • Can I change my shipping details after the purchase?

    You can change the data either in notes in the order or contact us, even so we recommend not changing the data, as the order may take more days than usual.

  • What do I do if my order does not arrive?

  • Can I request an invoice for the order?

    Yes, we mainly need you to provide us with your data via the store email: botiga@basquetgirona.com or by adding the data to the notes in the order. The invoice will then be sent by email within 10 working days.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, but outside of Spain there is an additional shipping cost of €17.00 and the shipping period is from 10 to 20 days.
