BeGreat will bring together all the club's sustainable actions, and is presented with the new second kit for the 2024-2025 season, designed in collaboration with PUMA.

Girona Basketball presents BeGreat, its new label created to group and promote all the club’s sustainability initiatives. With this launch, Girona Basketball is committed to becoming a benchmark in social and environmental responsibility within the world of sport, with the aim of becoming a 100% sustainable club.

Be → Emphasize action and the possibility of being and making change.
Great → Reflects who we want to be and the values ​​of positivity, ethics and positive impact that
we want to encourage. Be the change we want to see in the world.

BeGreat is not just a brand, but a movement that seeks to involve players, fans and
the entire community in building a more responsible future. Since its inception, this year
10 years ago, Bàsquet Girona had a vision that went beyond sport, focusing on the
community well-being and respect for the environment. This philosophy has been translated into several
specific actions, such as the marketing of organic products in the club shop, the
implementation of a zero paper policy, and the holding of sustainable workshops and collections of
waste in the territory.

A kit that reflects the commitment to sustainability


As part of the launch of BeGreat, Bàsquet Girona and PUMA have presented the new second
kit for the 2024-2025 season. This kit is inspired by the landscapes
natural features of the Costa Brava, with a color palette that evokes its essence. The color beige
The dominant color represents the sand of the beaches, while the gray and brown details provide
a touch of authenticity and dynamism. These colors are not only aesthetic, but also symbolize
the sustainability values ​​that BeGreat promotes.

The collar and pants, brown in color, have been designed to break the uniformity and, at the same time
time, reinforce the message of commitment to organic materials. The shirt is on
made with 70% recycled material.


Stefi Batlle, CEO of Básquet Girona, has underlined the importance of this new step: “BeGreat
is much more than a brand, it is the reflection of our commitment to the territory and to the
