Cadets and Juniors complete their participation in the Preferential phases

The second-year Cadet coached by Quim Gala and the Junior coached by Albert Brea have finished their participation in the qualifying stages for the Preferent category in their respective categories, contested during this past week.

El Cadet was placed in group 6 with CB Granollers and AD Torreforta. In the first match of the CEB Marc Gasol, they were defeated at home by Granollers by 63-55. The next day, the Girona team won at home against AD Torreforta by 105-32. This combination of results means that the second-year Cadet was unable to secure a place in the Preferred category. On the other hand, Junior had a longer competition. The results were as follows: CB Grup Barna 54 – 67 CEB Marc Gasol, CEB Marc Gasol 77 – 78 CE Laietà, CB Sant Josep 64 – 75 CEB Marc Gasol, CEB Marc Gasol 58 – 50 CB Calella. The Junior, with a total balance of 3 wins and 1 loss, has secured a place in Preferent. Results and classification.
