Carol Guerrero renews with Spar Girona

Carol Guerrero (01/09/2000) will continue to be linked to Spar Girona for the next 2026-27 season. The 25-year-old, 1.88-meter-tall player, who plays as a power forward, has reached a new agreement with the Girona club for one year.

This season, the center has averaged 7.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 8.2 rating per game in the LF Endesa. She also gained European experience in her debut in the EuroLeague Women, a competition where she has recorded records of 6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 5.8 rating per match.

With this renewal, Spar Girona maintains a piece that brings work, versatility and that already knows the team and coach Roberto Íñiguez perfectly. The power forward becomes the ninth piece of the squad for the next season, joining Laura Quevedo, Axelle Merceron and the already announced signings of Iyana Martín, Juana Camilión, Tilbe Şenyürek, Madison Conner, Marta García and Queralt Casas.

Born in Barcelona, ​​Carol Guerrero trained in the lower categories of Basket Almeda. Later, the player played for five consecutive seasons in the ranks of Barça CBS.
