CEB Marc Gasol introduces the figure of the sports psychologist to the technical team

The doctor in sports psychology, Alex Latinjak, will join the organization’s staff in an interdisciplinary way. Latinjak is a renowned psychologist with more than ten years of experience working with high performance athletes at an international level and as a university teacher at EUSES. Specialized in the framework of training basketball, he has also carried out studies on the psychology of sport at an international level or on emotions in sport. An experience that will be  very valuable  for the club  and all his  components preventing, identifying, supporting and dealing with all those situations and challenges posed by training and competition. Creating a suitable context for the learning and integral development of athletes.

The figure of Dr. Latinjak fits perfectly within the framework of the club’s philosophy  where technical and sporting improvement  integrates  within personal development and the values ​​of sportsmanship that we try to convey.
