Final straight with four games

The senior is placed in the last month of the regular phase in the CA group of EBA with the possibility of qualifying for the promotion phase

The hour of truth has arrived and the Girona Basketball senior is ready to fight for one of the two places that give access to the promotion phase to LEB Plata. The team coached by Quim Costa is third with a 15-7 record in the EBA League CA group, one win behind Vive El Masnou Basketball and Menorca Basketball Club, and in both cases with a losing average . Ahead, there are still four games and a head-to-head clash between the top two that make you believe that anything is still possible.

With a completely new squad made up mostly of players between 19 and 21 years of age, the team has been competitive since day one and has always occupied leading positions by recognizable through a game with a lot of rhythm starting from the defensive activity and in which it tries to involve all the players, with a wide rotation. In Fontajau, the Girona side are proving particularly reliable, with a 10-1 record with only two games left to play. The next one is this Saturday, April 7 (7 p.m.), against Club Básquet Roser, a key match to not lose sight of the goal. As always, entrance to the pavilion is completely free.
