Bàsquet Girona faces MoraBanc Andorra in the first Catalan derby of the season (Saturday, 7pm). The Girona team will return to the Toni Martí pavilion with the aim of achieving their first victory on the same court where they achieved their last away victory last season, with sixteen three-pointers (one short of the club’s ACB record).
The Andorran team, which has not been able to achieve victory in the first two days, is still led by Joan Plaza on the bench. The club has kept half of the group and has complemented it with particularly physical pieces such as Artem Pustovyi and Rubén Guerrero, two of the tops of the competition, or the former Girona player Yves Pons.
