Thanks to the Healthy Box platform, developed by Freedom & Flow, Básquet Girona has carried out The Wellbeing Score evaluation, which consists of offering each of the workers a digital wellbeing coaching experience that helps them to know the habits more convenient for your lifestyle.

At the end of the experience, the assessment automatically provides them with their own digital passport of healthy habits with action plans that are easy to incorporate into their daily lives.
