Statements from Fernando San Emeterio, sports director:

“After Maxi’s injury and Pep’s physical problems, and considering that they both play in the same position, that of a three, we decided to incorporate a player who would help us face the double competition. We want to maintain the dynamics of the team and prevent any player from accumulating too many minutes, especially at the beginning of the season, so that we don’t end up paying for it later. The club is making a significant effort with this incorporation. He is a player that we had been following for a long time and that we had on the radar, and who, coincidentally, was free at the time. Gregor fits well into our playing philosophy. He is a three with scoring ability, who can put the ball on the ground and who, above all, will help us generate spaces for our generators. At the same time, he will be able to take advantage of these advantages to finish the plays. He is a good shooter and we believe that he fits very well in the team model that we currently have. In addition, he has international experience and has played in European competitions such as the EuroCup. We believe that he will help us continue with the good team dynamics”.
