These are the chronicles of the matches played this weekend, with Infantil B and Cadet B without official commitments:

Victory against Tarragona
The Infantil A finished the League with a 78-45 victory over CB Tarragona. The Girona players kept increasing the distance on the scoreboard in a match in which the visitors did not stop fighting until the last moment. In this way, the team led by Albert Roca and David Fernandez finishes in fifth position with seven wins and seven losses.

Cadet A victory in Barcelona
The Girona team defeated FC Barcelona Lassa B 73-74 in the second leg of the Preferent relegation phase. An insufficient result for Cadet A, who had lost the previous week 60-65, and were only four points away from going through the playoffs. A very even match on the scoreboard and where the maximum differences were less than ten points. In an even match at the end, the Girona players were not successful in the last possessions and prevented them from achieving a greater difference in the score.

Cadet A now has another chance to reach the permanence in the double-match tie against CB Sant Josep de Badalona.

Junior B falls on the SESE track
The Girona team lost 74-57 in their visit to the SESE court. Junior B saw how the locals had favorable advantages throughout the match and this allowed them to progressively widen the differences. However, in the third quarter they were 53-52. Three consecutive three-pointers in the last period allowed the Barcelona players to break the match.

With this defeat Junior B loses the mathematical options to qualify for the Catalan Championship play-off. In this match the Girona team could not count on the injured Oriol Adán and Aniol Quintana, and the players Cadet Adrià Gussinyer, Miquel Camprubí and Biel Espunya reinforced the Junior B.

Triumph of Junior A

The team led by Quim Gala and Bernat de las Heras prevailed 58-82 on the FC Martinenc court. A match that served the Girona players to reaffirm the good dynamics of the last few weeks. Junior A could not count on Guillem Dubé, on sick leave.
