Infantil A qualifies for the semi-finals of the Globasket

The people from Girona beat CB and Unió Manresana by 61-45 in a match in which the visitors started dominating 0-10. Infantil A brought the situation back to 28-28 at the break. In the third quarter, the team led by David Roca and David Fernandez achieved a partial 13 to 10 to start the last period with a small lead on the scoreboard. The Girona players have been able to gradually widen the differences and reach the final score of 61-45, which gives them the qualification for the semi-finals of the tournament.

The road to the final
Infantil A will face Alba Berlin this Wednesday, from 11.00 a.m. at the Municipal Pavilion – which won 94-40 against CB Samà de Vilanova – to get a place in the final of this Thursday at 11.00 am. The other semi-final will be contested by FC Barcelona and Masculí Maresme, who won 67-65 over KK Mladost and 77-57 over Partizan Belgrade respectively. The two losing teams will play the match for third and fourth place on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. at the Pomepu Fabra Pavilion.
