These are the chronicles of the matches played this weekend by the CEB Marc Gasol teams:

Infantile B at the Bisbal Basketball Day
The team led by Arnau Sacot and Marc Costa participated on Sunday in the 16th Ramon Soler youth basketball day, in La Bisbal. The CEB Marc Gasol players played against Bisbal Básquet and Vedruna Palamós Básquet in the two matches of the tournament. A good preparation for the players to face the final four of the Catalan Championship this Sunday, at L’Esquirol.

They close the season
Cadet B fell 59-54 to SESE B in the first match of the final phase played in Montfalgars. The Girona team played an even match in which the score at half-time was 27-25 in favor of the Barcelona team, who were playing as home team. The score remained tied in the second half until SESE went on a 7-0 run to break the tie at 53-46. A defeat that left Girona out of the final phase after finishing the regular season in second place. In this match Cadet B had the reinforcement of Marc Xargay and the departure of Gerard Portas.

A final to close the season

Junior A won the Catalunya Interterritorial sub-championship in the four-way final played in Artesa de Segre. The players of CEB Marc Gasol won 46-58 over CE Sant Nicolau in the semifinals in a match in which the Girona team achieved the first differences in the score but Sant Nicolau gradually neutralized them.  Junior A, however, broke the deadlock in the last three minutes of the game when they reached a lead of more than ten points. In the final, the CEB Marc Gasol players fell 54-78 to Catalana Occident Manresa B in a match dominated by the Manresans despite the intensity of the Girona players, which kept them in the game with differences of around ten points. In the resumption, the Bages managed to gradually extend the advantage and thus close the final contested in Artesa de Segre in which the Junior A had Edu Ramos and the departure of Guillem Dubé.
