The third day of the ACB once again takes Básquet Girona away from Fontajau, for the second week in a row. In this case, Aíto García Reneses’ team travels to Santiago de Compostela to face Monbus Obradoiro.

The Galicians opened the season with a victory at home, against Casademont Zaragoza, by 76-73. On the second day, however, they faced Real Madrid at the Wizink Center, where they were defeated. Within the project, the long career of its coach at the head of the team stands out: Moncho Fernández is still in his 12th consecutive season this year.

For their part, the Girona players are still looking for the first victory in their history in ACB. If in the debut they had it close, also against Real Madrid in a full Fontajau, in the second day they lost at home to Lenovo Tenerife by 76-67.

Tomorrow’s match, at 18:00 at the Multiusos Fontes Do Sar, can be seen on dial 59 of Movistar Plus.
