Official premiere of the senior team, in the Catalan League LEB Plata

He will face CB Vic - Universitat de Vic tomorrow, Wednesday, for a place in the final, in Santa Coloma de Farners (8:30 p.m.)

With little more than a week of training, the first official commitment of the season has already arrived for the Girona Básquet senior. It is the semi-final of the Catalan League LEB Plata, which will be played tomorrow, Wednesday, against CB Vic – Universitat de Vic in Santa Coloma de Farners (8.30 p.m.). The winner will play in the final against Torrons Vicens CB L’Hospitalet – it has qualified directly because, of the three, it was the only one that played in Plata last year – on Saturday 15 in the same town of La Selva (6.30 p.m. h).  

The team led by Quim Costa played a friendly on Saturday at the CB Salt track, which it won in their favor (63-108). The Vigatas leave, from the start, with a greater dose of collective cohesion because they have chosen to renew eight pieces from last season at EBA aside from the coach, Dídac Herrero.
