The club has collected the data from the survey sent to Básquet Girona subscribers which values information such as the profile of the fans, their motivations for becoming subscribers, levels of satisfaction and areas for improvement.
It has been concluded that the majority of subscribers are in the age bracket between 35 and 44 years old with university studies, They have been subscribers since 2022 and identify with the club’s fundamental values such as familiarity, effort and the proximity In addition, they live in the province of Girona and outside the city, which is why they prefer to travel to Fontajau by car (58%), but it is also worth noting that the majority use sustainable transport.
From the survey, we also highlight the reasons that attract them to the project such as the passion they share for basketball, the connection with the club for being from the city of Girona and the desire to witness elite matches. In addition, they value positively the values and brand attributes of the club, together with the experience of being a unique form of entertainment.
In terms of general satisfaction, the majority of subscribers agree on aspects such as the Girona Basketball anthem, the information provided at matches and the quantity and cleanliness of the toilets. However, they are missing information about the players on the match screens and the enabling of parking areas in Fontajau.
Finally, they have shown a great interest in multimedia content, including live matches, mobile notifications relevant to Básquet Girona, match highlights and basketball documentary series. In addition, we must add the high recognition of sponsors such as FIATC, Kave Home and YOSOY.
