The U13, U14 and U16 start the next phase

Completed the first weekend of the year with official matches, five as visitors and one in Montfalgars

U13

The U13s started the regular season with a 23-72 win on the court of CB Sant Josep Obrer in L’Hospitalet  in a match in which the Girona players were able to continue with the work of the whole season.

U14

Those from Girona obtained a result of 62-59 in their visit to CB Sant Josep de Badalona. The match, very very even between the two sets,  it was decided in the last seconds with a triple from Badalonin.  

U15

The team led by Carles Nadal and Anna Jòdar achieved the tenth triumph of the course on the CB Cerdanyola track on the green day. Girona Marc Gasol Basketball School  he put in a good effort  in order to continue with its progression.

U16

The U16 started the Preferred A league with a 62-52 result in Montfalgars against CE Sant Nicolau. The game was dominated on the scoreboard by the Girona players with differences close to ten points against a rival who never gave up.

U17

The team led by Quim Gala and Conrad Barris maintains the lead for another week after finishing 65-93 at the Samà Vilanova Basketball court. The U17s were able to gradually increase the score on the scoreboard until it reached close to thirty points.

U18

The club’s seniors prevailed on the Maristes Ademar A court by 43-52 in a match marked by the low scoring of both teams. This was the U18’s first game without Carles Ribot on the bench, who  professional reasons prevent  continue to lead the team. From the Club we thank him for his work and hope to meet again soon. In his place, Arnau Sacot will lead the team, with Bernat de las Heras as assistant coach. Ruben Salido will continue as the team’s delegate.
