The U15, U17 and U18 close the first round

Second day of the second phase of the  three other Club teams

U13

The Club’s youngest players played a tight match against Catalana Occident Manresa Vermell, with minimal differences for the Girona side. Those from Bages were able to turn the score around and make the final score 46-48.  

U14

The Girona players obtained a result of 58-62 in the match against CB L’Hospitalet. The visitors were ahead on the scoreboard at all times, with advantages greater than ten points. The effort and constancy of the U14s allowed them to be only two points behind in the last period, but the final triumph was for CB L’Hospitalet.

U15

The team led by Carles Nadal and Anna Jòdar won 95-34 in Montfalgars against Safa Claror. A match in which the Girona team dominated at all times and were able to gradually extend the score to over sixty points.

U16

The U16 lost on their visit to the CB L’Hospitalet A court in a duel in which Escola Básquet Girona Marc Gasol was behind on the scoreboard at all times. The locals were able to gradually expand the  difference up to  place the 94-36.

U17

The U17s close the first round as leaders of the group and undefeated after winning 92-69 against Basket Almeda in the match that closed the day on Saturday in Montfalgars. Girona dominated by ten points at the break in a match in which the visitors were consistent.

U18

The team led by Arnau Sacot and Bernat de las Heras prevailed 108-44 at Ateneu Montserrat Basketball. The match corresponded to the last day of the first round of Junior Interterritorial. With this victory, the U18s remain co-leaders of the group along with CE Sant Nicolau, who will visit Montfalgars this weekend.
