    You will find the registration closing date and time for each trip on the front page of each event.

  • If the registration date has expired, can I register?

    No, once the registration date has expired there is no possibility of registration.

  • What does it mean if an away game does not appear?

    It means that we have no tickets available and therefore this service is not available for this event.

  • What does it mean if a match appears "soon"?

    It means that during the next few days the service will be available to request travel tickets.

  • Can I request as many tickets as I want?

    No, you can only request as many tickets as you have linked season tickets in the APP.

  • Does registering and requesting tickets guarantee me availability?

    No, depending on the number of tickets available and the subscribers who have registered.

  • What if there are more subscribers registered than tickets available?

    A draw will be held to determine the winners.

  • If I request more than one ticket, will they be next to each other?

    The club, as far as possible, will ensure that this is the case, but we cannot guarantee it. Remember, that the location of the tickets that will be made available to season ticket holders is offered by the rival club and Bàsquet Girona only acts as an intermediary.

  • Why are the ticket prices cheaper or higher than on the rival team's official website?

    The price of the tickets as well as the area where they are available, is selected for the rival team. Bàsquet Girona only acts as an intermediary and facilitates the management of season ticket holders who wish to travel there.

  • Do I have to pay just to be able to participate in the draw and register?

    Yes, in order to register and participate you must make the payment. In the event that you do not subsequently turn out to be the winning person, the corresponding amount paid will be returned to you immediately after the draw has taken place.

  • How do I know if I have entered the registration correctly?

    You will receive an email confirming the correct registration and payment of the requested tickets.

  • How do I know if I've been the winning person?
