  • What is "Free Locality"?

    It is a new functionality that allows all those who are subscribers to free up their seat in the event that they cannot attend a match so that other fans can enjoy the experience.

  • What do I do if I don't see this new functionality?

    Check that you have downloaded the latest APP update via Google Play or Apple Store.

  • Where can I find this new functionality in the APP?

    Accessing through the wallet icon located on the main page (top right), by clicking on the card corresponding to the seat you wish to release, click on “Alliberar localitat” and select the match you wish to put on sale .

  • How can I release my locations?

    Only through the club’s official APP.

    Download available through Google Play or Apple Store under the name “Bàsquet Girona”.

  • How many locations can I release?

    All those locations that you have linked to your personal area in the Club’s official APP.

  • Financial reward

    As long as the freed seat has been sold, the season ticket holder will receive 50% of the corresponding amount of the match ticket with respect to the price of his season ticket. In other words, in the event that the ticket is sold, compensation will be received which will be calculated according to the following formula:

    50% of the total price of the season ticket / Total regular league matches in Fontajau = € Reward

    €145 / 17 = €8.52

    Settlement of the release of locality:

    The amounts of each game sold will be accumulated and, at the end of the season, will be deducted from the price of the season ticket for the next season.

  • Reward display and count (accumulated balance)

    Always available through the APP in balance format.

  • How do I know that my location has been sold?

    As soon as any of your freed seats have been purchased, you will automatically receive a personal notification in push format through the APP.

  • When can I release my seats?

    Whenever you want, before the match starts.

    The more you anticipate the action of releasing your seats, the more likely you are to sell them.

  • Is the action reversible once I have released my locations?

    No, once the location has been released, it cannot be recovered.

  • Can I release my Row 0 location?

    It cannot be released. Row 0 locations do not have this service.
