LA COCOLLONA, GUARDIAN OF RIVERS

The Cocollona, ​​mascot of Básquet Girona, has not only arrived to cheer on the team and the fans but also to become the guardian of the rivers to protect the sustainability of the environment. Through sustainable tips and household advice, Cocollona will teach adults and children, season ticket holders of Básquet Girona and citizens of the demarcation, ways to defend the life of the ecosystem that surrounds us.

In this Saturday’s match, the club will dedicate the day to water and its sustainability with stands dedicated to raising awareness of the current situation of water and showing ways to save domestic use of it .

On the same day, during the morning, the guardian of the rivers will make her first appearance in the center of Girona, where she will give away ecological key chains from the club to pedestrians who prove to her that they are sustainable and know how to take care of water. See you there!
