“The strength of the origins”, a tribute to the history of Girona basketball and Valvi Girona

Bàsquet Girona today presented the third kit for the 2025-26 season, a design that recovers the spirit of the 90s and pays tribute to the historic white Valvi Girona shirt.
Under the slogan “The strength of the origins” , the new piece aims to establish a link between the past and the present, recognizing the fundamental role that Valvi played in the history of the club and basketball in the city. The design, by PUMA , maintains a classic and minimalist aesthetic that evokes those seasons at Palau-Sacosta and Fontajau that marked an entire generation of fans.
“With this third kit we want to claim where we come from and thank all those who, decades ago, made basketball grow in Girona. It is a tribute to players, fans and an era that has brought us here”, highlighted Stefi Batlle, CEO of the club . The new kit will be available from today in the club’s online store , in the official store in Fontajau and also at points of sale on match days.
