Bàsquet Girona will play for the fourth weekend in a row in Fontajau, this time in a demanding challenge against Kosner Baskonia (Sunday, 6pm). The Girona team wants to assert the Fontajau factor, where they have achieved the most victories this season, against one of the best teams in Europe.
The Basque team is led by Paolo Galbiati in the Italian coach’s first season in charge of Baskonia. The club has continued to retain key players such as Markus Howard, Trent Forrest and Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot and is currently one of the best teams in the category with four consecutive victories and has not lost on the road for two months.
