Girona Basquet has fallen to Unicaja by 55-89 in a poor second half that has condemned the Girona team

In the first minutes of the match, Bàsquet Girona took the initiative both in the game and in the scoreboard, and the maximum difference in this first quarter was 18-8. At the end of the quarter, the dominance was for Bàsquet Girona, with a 22-14 lead over Unicaja.

In the first minutes of the third quarter, the Girona team’s blunder, due to Unicaja’s strong defense, led to a 1-12 run that put Malaga ahead by seven points. In the final stretch, Unicaja maintained its defensive solidity and Girona team conceded 4-29, without scoring a single field goal in the entire quarter. 39-60 was the score at the end of the third quarter.

In the last quarter, the team was unable to recover the rhythm or accuracy of the first quarter, and Unicaja ended up achieving the victory, without at any time allowing Bàsquet Girona to score easily.
