FIATC Girona intensive day in Palamós

The FIATC Girona staff is organizing a special work day in Palamós this Saturday, with the aim of combining physical preparation with a team cohesion activity outside the usual routine.

The session begins on the beach in Palamós, where the players, led by Moncho Fernández and his technical staff, carry out the first part of the training in an unusual environment. The day is designed not only to advance in the physical plan of the pre-season, but especially to promote coexistence and strengthen the bonds between the new additions and the players who were already part of the club.

Once the work on the sand is finished, the squad and staff share a joint lunch in Palamós. This meeting serves to continue working as a group, get to know each other better off the court and begin to build the necessary chemistry for a long and demanding season.

In a pre-season marked by the arrival of several new faces, these types of activities are key to creating camaraderie, strengthening trust and beginning to consolidate the team’s identity. Beyond tactical work, FIATC Girona continues to lay the foundations for building a united dressing room on and off the pitch.
