N’Guessan developed his game in American college basketball, representing Virginia Tech and Kansas State. In his final season with the Wildcats, he averaged 13.5 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
Last season, he competed in the German Bundesliga with Braunschweig, averaging 14.1 points and 6.5 rebounds per game, while also playing in the FIBA Europe Cup. A Netherlands international, he has also featured in the qualification campaign for the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
