McClung developed his game at Georgetown and Texas Tech before beginning his professional career between the NBA and the G League. He has been part of the Los Angeles Lakers, Chicago Bulls, Golden State Warriors, Philadelphia 76ers, Orlando Magic and Indiana Pacers organisations.
In the G League, he has established himself as one of the competition’s most dominant players. Rookie of the Year in 2022 and a two-time MVP, he averaged 29.5 points and 7.6 assists with the Windy City Bulls last season, while also becoming the G League’s all-time leading scorer. McClung is also a three-time consecutive NBA Slam Dunk Contest champion.
