Lekovic developed as a player at Budućnost, where she rose to become one of the standout players in Montenegrin basketball. With the Podgorica-based club, she won three Montenegrin league titles and the Adriatic League, while also receiving several individual honours, including the WABA MVP award in the 2020/21 season.
In 2023/24, she joined Fenerbahçe and was part of a team that won the EuroLeague Women, Turkish League, Turkish Cup and UEFA SuperCup. She later played for Perfumerías Avenida, Valencia Basket and Ingeniería Ambiental CAB Estepona before joining SPAR Girona.
