Basketball Girona has fallen for the first time after not being able to overcome Real Madrid, already the only unbeaten team in the category (74-93). In an even first period with Madrid’s advantage, differential from the perimeter, it was followed by a decisive second quarter in which the white team stretched the lead to seventeen points (28-45). 

In the second half, the team from Girona showed a better offensive version, but Real Madrid punished any intention to reduce distances by copying three-pointers (16/35, 46% success, in the whole match).
