Basketball Girona contested the first Final Phase of the Endesa Mini Cup last week. The event took place in Malaga, from February 14 to February 18.
The team coached by Totti Pou, assisted by Jordi Gelis, Simon Sintes and with Dani Dorca as physical trainer, started the competition playing the matches placed in their group. Basketball Girona faced Valencia Basket, Casademont Zaragoza and Barça. The team played its last match on Saturday 17 February against Baxi Manresa.
During their stay in Malaga, Girona U14 Basketball visited the city and carried out different cohesion activities, attended a talk on success, managing expectations and academic reconciliation, and went to see Cup matches ACB.
It was a very exciting few days for the whole team where the effort, constancy and attitude were reflected in all the players and staff who traveled to Málaga for the Final Phase of the Endesa Mini Cup.
